After you have made your potential purchase selections, we can visit the location or have you attend a virtual/website tour of the property. Upon reaching the final decision to purchase a home, we visit the property in respect to the local laws for COVID-19.

Finally, I recommend a strategy to make an offer that has a high probability of acceptance by the home seller. After your approval of the offer, I will submit the proper documents to the seller. If the seller accepts the offer, we proceed with completing the transaction process.
